| Who laid out this course???? TERRIBLY CONFUSING!!! | I walked 1 1/2 miles from Hole 7 toward Hole 8... after a very long and treachorous walk I come out of the woods at a tee box for "number 16" so, I turn around and keep on the path- for another mile... turns out someone took the sign for hole 16 and put it on the pro tee box for 8...I'd like to find that asshole and kick his tail...I had to quit right there, and I was shooting 3 under at that point.
I think a re-numbering and MUCH easier to understand paths between the tees is needed, otherwise it's highly reccomended to play this long, gruelly and confusing course with a local to start with. Scenery is spectacular, with a spooky abandoned prison at the start of the course, and some excellent natural beauty on some of the trails. Course seems fairly well maintained for what it is. I have tried two rounds here, and had to quit early on both of them because of the heat, lack of seats/shade and loooooong paths between holes with bad signage.
